A Journey of Culinary Excellence
From mastering Asian, teppanyaki, and sushi at world-class resorts to serving as Executive Chef at the prestigious Tryall Club, our chef’s journey reflects true culinary prestige. A graduate of Runaway Bay College of Hospitality and now pursuing Culinary Management at the Culinary Institute of Jamaica, she continues to refine her craft. Today, she embarks on a bold new chapter—blending the soulful flavors of Jamaica with the vibrant spirit of Puerto Rico, creating a fusion dining experience that is as innovative as it is luxurious.
